A Bus Ride To Salerno

We couldn't find a train that went straight through to Salerno, so we opted for a bus. While it was a five-hour journey, it was actualy quite an enjoyable trip. After leaving the city and industrial limits of Taranto, we traveled through the Apennine Mountains. It was beautiful. Small farm plots, hill towns, ruins and wind farms. The five hours passed quickly until we were just outside Salerno.  A traffic issue forced the bus to take us to the train station, and we finished the last fifteen minutes of the trip by train.
